As we enter our 25th year of business, we are now operating out of a new state-of-the-art facility, boasting five exam rooms and a specialty test room in the heart of Culpeper's historic downtown.

Dr. Elias is a graduate of the University of Rochester and received his doctorate from the University of Houston in 1992. He has over 28 years of professional optometric experience. 25 of those have been spent serving the Central Virginia community at Culpeper Eye Associates. When he's not at the office, you'll most likely find Dr. Elias at a college basketball game. Go Hoos!
