Since 1995
Culpeper Eye Associates has proudly served Central Virginia since 1995. Our state-of-the-art facility in historic downtown Culpeper features five exam rooms and a dedicated specialty testing room, allowing us to provide comprehensive care in a comfortable, modern setting.
Originally from the Buffalo area, Dr. Elias earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. With more than 30 years of experience in optometry, he has dedicated the majority of his career to serving patients throughout Central Virginia at Culpeper Eye Associates.
